I don't see any zip files here:

Clicking the All Files link reveals:

they_grow_up_so_fast.thumbs/
they_grow_up_so_fast.gif
they_grow_up_so_fast.mpeg
they_grow_up_so_fast.ogv
they_grow_up_so_fast_512kb.mp4
they_grow_up_so_fast_files.xml
they_grow_up_so_fast_meta.xml
they_grow_up_so_fast_reviews.xml

There's no reason for a movie file to be zipped.

So how did you wind up with a file named they_grow_up_so_fast.zip ?

http://archive.org/compress/they_grow_up_so_fast - it gives me a *.zip of all the files in the item.

As I suspected, someone, somehow, zipped up All associated with this movie. Yes, it is a 861 MB zip and unzipped, all associated with this upload is there and plays OK. That is, the original and all derivations including the thumbnails. Can someone explain how this is done? Since I am on Debian sid and all is OK, it should unzip and all play fine in Ubuntu.
